FIRM LICENSE – PMA (FORMATION of FOREIGN DIRECT INVESTMENT COMPANY)
If you have a plan to set up a company in Indonesia and do not how to start it we can set it up for you. Only within 1 - 2 months you can already start your business and work here in Indonesia. You will own the company and the company is able to own property. The company is able to provide KITAS and working permits for directors and employees.
The requirements and documents:
• Name of company minimum 2 names
• Company's main business description and Flowchart
• Annual Report and Article of Association
• Location of the company
• Foreigner’s overseas address
• Copy of the foreigner’s passport minimum 2 persons (full book)
• Power of attorney to sign the application if the participant are represented by another party
The required permits and documents we arrange for you:
• Company Regulation Act (AKTA) – notary
• approval by the minister of justice
• Company Business License Letter (Sp PMA)
• Company Domicile Letter
• Company tax number (NPWP)
• Entrepreneurship Tax (PKP)
• Registration Number Company (TDP)
• Environmental Management Certificate (UKL / UPL)
• HO + SITU

The above permits are not inclusive of the building permit (IMB). Established Company Permit or ITUP can only be processed after the company has been operating for a minimum of 1 year. The cost of the PMA process will depend on the main business and location of the company. These costs are usually negotiable.
